Do I need to do the diagnostic first?+
We strongly recommend it — the diagnostic is free and tells you whether SSA is actually a fit for your child before you commit. But it's not required. If you'd rather skip straight to enrolment, that's your call.
What happens after the six months?+
Your rate returns to whatever our then-standard rate is. We'll always tell you in writing 30 days before the change. Your founding status (priority access to new programs, direct line to the founder) doesn't expire.
What does the 20% apply to?+
Any subject, any tutor, any number of hours per week. It applies to one-on-one sessions and small group sessions. It does not apply to one-off services like the diagnostic (which is already free) or to standalone workshops.
How do I claim a spot?+
Send a WhatsApp message saying you'd like a founding spot. We'll confirm whether spots remain, agree on a starting subject, and book your first session. Whole process takes about 10 minutes of your time.
